Hi all just bought my self an E60 2.0D M sport in Silver with half leather and 47K from new 57 plate saloon, absolute minter, really like it but two things its a manual and gearbox feels very industrial, is that typical? also whether I drive hard or careful keep getting 39.7 mpg have zeroed the computer a couple of times, what should I be getting. will post pics soonpost-8207-0-29308500-1395181568_thumb.jp

    the manual gearboxes are indeed industrial I find. you will get use to it though.

    try reset the mpg on indicator stalk by holding the push button on the end for 2 seconds. this will give you live mpg on your current driving style. I think around 38/42 gentle town driving should be your figures typically.
