Hey i bought bmw e36 318is 1997 and i got with this car keyless access system and i would like to connect this so i can lock and unlock my car with remote, i was looing on google andd i found few informations and i tryed to connect it but it wont work :( please help me how to connect this so i can just lock and unlock my car using remote :( Thanks

Hi Adrian, and welcome to the club. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I would strongly recommend you get a little professional help. If this isn't fitted properly, it can end up affecting other stuff like alarms and immobilisers, just creating more problems all round. I ended up getting shot of a super old Nissan Primera GT which had a keyless locking system fitted and over about 12 months just gradually had more and more issues crop up until one day she wouldn't unlock, the alarm went off, i got in through the boot, got the key in the ignition, started the engine, the alarm still going and the doors still locked so couldn't even get out! Bye Bye Primera, lol!

I totally agree with Jeff

unless your a level 5 auto electrician you could 'attempt' it yourself but the risks are many.

an alarm specialist should be able to help you on this system :ph34r:
