Been looking into this for a few weeks, seen the power gain some company's are claiming, they're 177bhp standard and company's are claiming 30-40 gain. But for the price they want I'm a little suspect (£180 sounds too cheap?) would anyone recommend remapping it?

if you want more power curve/torque then map it. generally adds 40 bhp, you can gain some mpg's too. however there are many backstreet garages mapping these cars & don't really know what they are doing. they will map it but some weeks down the line you are going to get problems.

if reliability is your main concern or you have warranty than I would say don't map it.

in the end its good & bad in some ways but its up to you & what you want from your car..

Cheers👍 I do want a bit more out of it, warranty is out of the question but don't fancy mapping it if I'm just going to get no end of trouble with it! So just in 2 minds!
