Hi guys having problems with above she is missing around2000rpm but cuts back in if throttle floored also sometimes goes dead when turning key to start.

Also mileometer and trip only display top half of numbers any thoughts?

Dash display is a common issue... The ribbon that the display presses onto has detached slightly.

As for the motor, when was last service? At first thought it could be Cam/Crank Position Sensor but only a guess without being there ;)

Yes, the contact-block/ribbon can be re-seated. Its a fiddly job... Once you get to the part it needs cleaning with alcohol or similar then re-seating ;)

Hi Jack cam sensor sorted cost £265 won't be going there again! Now have dry air con bearing have quoted £444 to fix can I get grease to bearing or do I simply replace unit ? Cheers Alan.

Did the Cam sensor cure the misfire?

Yes, try pressing some grease into the bearing ;)
