Brand new car - no previous owner. Its web search that fails.

Loving my new 5 door Mini hatch but the web search isn't working. Had Mini connected on my previous mini, so aware of how it should work. This one reports no connection to server. Same phone, same mobile contract but not working in this new car. Anyone have any suggestions?
