    Thanks for the reply I,ll check those areas and more. This car has an auto box with 150,000 miles and full service history. Is rust the main issue to look out for with these csi,s are the electrics problamatic. Thanks Paul.

    1987 Csi Rust Issues

    Hi everybody this is my first post so I hope im following the right procedure. I have my eye on a 1987 635csi which Im thinking of buying. I hav,nt viewed the car yet. The owner says the car looks and drives great and it does look good, but he says it has rust on the sills. My question is how big of a problem is this? Do you walk away from a nice car because of this or get stuck in and sort it. Any help would be much appreciated . Thanks Paul.
