Reservoir O-Ring Seal For Power Steering Fluid Container
Does any one know of a UK seller for the O Ring from the power steering reservoir? I've just noticed mine has disappeared and it's leaking all over the place. I've looked online but they're all in the US, and I don't fancy paying more in postage than the item cost. Cheers in advance.

What A Difference A Cree Makes.
I got them on eBay mate, when my laptops charged I'll post a link up. They seem ok so far, and they were cheap as chips.

Sounds like a definite purchase after Christmas.

Extra Power Socket
Not a bad shout, I kind of begrudge paying so much for the standard ones especially when they're a bit crap.

Extra Power Socket
Still surprised at the fact they only one as standard, and no cup holders.

Extra Power Socket
Hey there, Just thinking of how to install an extra 12v sockets/usb ports into the centre console, maybe into the rear ashtray. Anyone done it?

Headlight Bulb Choice.
Cheers for the tips, I've got Amber lenses. Just getting the stuff together to do a full led conversation. I'll stick to the night breakers too.

Headlight Bulb Choice.
Just out of interest, are the indicators clear white bulbs or Amber?

Condensation In Headlight
Lol I'm going to keep looking I think. There's a few genuine BMW traders that seem a bit more trustworthy.

Condensation In Headlight
##### that then, they say it's brand new but I'll steer clear. I don't fancy getting ripped off, had enough of that when I was buying stuff for my MK4 Golf.

Condensation In Headlight
Cool, I'd never buy a used seal. Mine are almost perished away, so it needs doing sooner rather than later. Thats insane prices for used seals then, I thought they were new.

Headlight Bulb Choice.

Auto Open Boot
They keep the boot up but they don't lift it if it's halfway up. I'll give it a shot, it's on my increasingly large To Do list. I never should have let the wife know how much leave I got over Christmas as she insists on finding non car related things to fill my time with.

If the seals are knackered is there a decent place to get a set of them? Am I right in thinking theres two parts to the seals? These seem pretty expensive for what they are £23 for the bonnet seal and £27 for the lens seal, and thats per side. Can you get them any cheaper or is it just one of those expensive jobs? Probably be cheaper to buy a full set of used lights.

Auto Open Boot
Cheers, ordered them. Hopefully my struts are still ok, be nice to get away without replacing those.

Where did you get the springs mate?
-
Auto Open Boot
Hi guys, Has anyone installed springs to make the boot open button your key fob actually lift the boot lid? What springs did you use? and did you use the standard struts or fit stronger ones?
