I have the same thing but only when my A/C is on - I thought it was something in the car to prevent the battery from running out?

Hmm sorry to steal the thread - but I'm having a similar problem with the clutch - the first point you mentioned. when I swap gears the car kind of coughs a bit/jumps kind of, when the rpm is low... is it expensive to fix? and is it urgent?
