Right done some reading, and there not adjustable!!!

Check for lime scale build up,

Take the pipe off the back of the jet and with water in your mouth, blow water down them backwards.

Cant you put a pin in the hole where the water comes out and adjust it that way?

no problem mate. The jet is hidden in the plastic cover and i cant see inside,thought the cover might come of but didnt want to start pulling and crack any thing.

Stick a pin in the hole???? :blink:

I cant stick a pin in it' as it is enclosed in a plastic caseing.im not thick'
