there are many people have the problem about the radio , BT, speaker,etc.so i show the installation guide here, you can check it when you have the similar problem.and if you know the procedure, you may know what wrong is it . hoping it will help you .

you can make BT pair. and, search your cell and connect it . if they can not pair successfully. you can try another phone. if they still cannnot. maybe the bt is fault .
