    E39 540I Stereo Issue - Any Advice?

    Hi all, had a look for the answer but no luck...if anyone can help or point me in the right direction would be grateful. I've fitted small amp and sub in boot of my 2000 e39 540i Ran the audio line from the left rear speaker and fitted a switch as couldnt locate a remote. It all powers up fine (head unit, amp etc) but nothing coming out of any of the speakers, i've checked head unit fuse and its ok and head unit is definitely on. any ideas? thanks Joe
