  1. I bought the Z3 last summer on e- bay UK here in Spain last summer. It's only done 62k miles with full bmwsh.

It has brand new 17in staggered alloys with falken tyres, full twin stainless big-bore exhaust (louder than the bikes!),

M50 inlet manifold with larger throttle body and remap, clear lights, stereo upgrade, strut-brace and carbon induction kit.

The only upgrades that I have done so far is white KPH dials, short-shift gear lever and projector headlights from the states.

(Original angel-eyes are for sale!). I paid 3250 quid for it.

  2. 323i has a 6 cylinder 2.5 liter my friend

BMW re-branded the 325 as the 323 to introduce an engine-generation change (M50 to the M52)

i think you will find that the e21 323i had a 2.3 litre six, i had one in the 80's and was a lovely little pocket rocket.

  3. Absolutely beautiful motor buddy :) I would love a Z3 myself...

Just to keep you in the know, BMW don't make 2.3 litre engines. you will be pleased to know that your car has a 2.5 litre powerplant under the bonnet (Confusing, I know). There is indeed a popular modification you can do to the intake manifold as pointed out by James if you are serious about squeezing a bit more juice from your engine. Let us know if that interests you.

Until than, GET SOME PICS UP!!

*Edit* Well. BMW did make 4-cylinder 2.3 engines back in the 80's but that's for a whole new topic :)

Dont know about 2.3 4 cylinder engines in the 80's, but the 323i had a 2.3 six!
  4. Hi everyone, another newbie to the club! I have a 1998 2.8 Z3 with airbag wheel. I bought a refurbished non airbag wheel from germany to fit a Z3 only to find my slip-ring doesn't fit. The wheel, I believe is an E36 M-Tec. Does anyone know if the non airbag slip-ring for this wheel will fit my Z3 and if so, where I can get one? Any info much appreciated!
