still off but as you say i expect it back on -
finally got air bag light of brought dionostic tool from china would not switch it of so disconected plugs under seat gave a spurt of wd 40 reconected then tried dionostic tool again light off dont know for how long though done it today let you know if it comes back on or not

i had the light reset at a garage came back on after about two days the dionostic said it was passenger side pretensioner i have plugeg and unpluged the two plugs a few times might have to reset light again and see what happens if it comes back on a new pretensioner will be going on as you say safety first clunk click ta

this might sound silly but where do i go for parts im after the seat belt pretensioner that seems to set the air bag light on seems like this is a commen fault mine was last changed in 2009 which then cost £30

thanks just brought bmw lead and software for 23.99 says its a bmw lead and does all codes

thanks for the help bypass unit probley not worth the bother was told to dissconect the plug under the seat give it a spurt of wd40 connect then reconect a few times dint work on mine but worth giving it a try thank you

my airbag lights on had it turned of then it came back on senser is for passenger set belt tensioner could this be just a loose wire any help would be grateful cheers
