  1. I might be biased but I'd go for the 2.5 but make sure it has the sport button. To get the best with little outlay also fit a K&N filter to help it breathe a little easier, hit the sport button and let it fly down the road with a satisfying howl. The 3.0 is a fair bit faster but is more on insurance and drinks like a fish.
  2. Hello all, Just found this site after nearly a year of Z4 ownership. Moved to the Z4 from 4 years with an MX5 and absolutely love the zed. The zed feels more grown up and has more leg room for a six footer. The smoothness of the 6 cylinder lump was a revelation. Two minor niggles though. The passenger central door lock mechanism is sometimes sticky and won't unlock the door. Haven't worked out how to sort this yet. Second is now sorted courtesy of a puncture when I discovered run flats cannot be repaired so replaced the two remaining ones for ordinary tyres (the rears had been changed before I bought it). Kevin
