I've noticed some very fine scratches on the paintwork and wondered if there was a good product someone could recommend to help disguise these any better?

Wonder if someone might be able to give us a few pointers on what products to buy to clean my pride and joy and also the best practice. Ive been told by another BMW enthusiast, that http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/ is a good start, and that the product called Meguiars Gold Class is what to go for, but theres some many products, im not sure whats best to get?
