you mean pull the cable attached to the bonnet lever?

yes the cable is still attached to the bonnet lever

i think the cable has stretched

ive cut away the plastic cowl to revel the drivers side catch ,is there a lever or something on the back of the catch to pull or push to release the bonnet?

HI,i really hope someone can help me,ive gone to pull bonnet lever to release bonnet but bonnet isnt releasing ,ive taken off kidney grills to get a better look.Ive had help from Dabsy on how to release the n/s catch which has helped loads i think the cable has gone from the lever to the catch on the drivers side how can i get around this to get it to pop?

cheers bud,does this release both latches, or do i need to do the same on the offside too and how easy is it to replace the cable?

hi,ive gone to open bonnet but it isnt releasing,how do you get bonnet to open when your cable isnt letting bonnet catches release? ive taken off kidney grilles to get inside but dont know what to do now to get boonet to open?
