  2. ok so heres the deal, i have manged to pick myself up a 1992 316i auto fairly cheep, but the last owner never looked after it and what ever repairs needed to it he done him self, so its not been keept in best of shape. but despite that its body work is in pretty good shape, a few rust patches but nothing major, paint work needs atention, and it drives well. so my plan is to give her the tlc she needs and try and restore her to her former glory. so my frist job, is to sort out the drivers door window, so here is the problem, there is a regulator in the car but no motor, and the wires have been cut, i have a new reg and motor with all conentions but my problem is the wires are different colurs and i seem to have one wire too many in the car. thus casing my confusion can any one please help me

  6. hey there guys ok so here it is im new to this site so fristly id like to say hi here is a brief history about me im 33 and live in weston and own a 316 yeah and it need some help and advice to restore it so if u think u can help then please feel free to drop me line
