My Local BMW Dealer has a very poor spare parts department. They know little about the cars they are selling parts for (and mine is only a 2003 - so not that old). They scan for spare parts on realoem.com and have no other way of finding parts. They cannot provide electrical wiring information. Went in today to pick up some small bits I had ordered (after they texted me to say they were ready). Sat at the parts desk after they told me someone would be with me shortly. After 15 minute wait I left. I will call tomorrow to make an appointment next time ! Chewy

I use the BMW factory fitted one in my 745 Li. The wife uses the Nissan factory fitted one in the Nissan Cube - It's better than in my Beemer :-( I use a TomTom GoLive! in the Van, which is also way better than the Beemer :-( Chewy

Hi all, I've had a few BMWs and now I have 2003 745 Li in Grey. Really nice car. Among other things, it is missing: TV, Voice, Seat Cooling and Massage, DVD Hoping to add some of these over time - so I may be back asking for advice. Chewy
