  1. Thanks Dave, very interesting, thanks for following up. I'll look at the 12/24 hr thing first. I did engage with my dealer but it was hard to replicate the problem because their charger seemed to behave differently. Thanks again Jon
  2. Hi Greydog, sorry for being slow to respond. Short answer is yes, the car's software and the app has settings that in theory let me program the charging to start at midnight. The trouble is that you also have to tell the car what time you want it to be fully charged. The last complication is that the software tries to work out what current the charger it's connected to can deliver. Somewhere in there it gets confused and either charges outside my programmed timeslot or gives up altogether. Very frustrating - the over complicated software is getting in the way of something actually quite simple.
  3. I can't get my 2026 330e to charge in my cheap electricity timeslot. It's perfectly CV able of fully charging the battery from my 7kw podpoint in about 3 hrs but when I ask it to only charge between midnight and 6am , it does all sorts of weird stuff but always ends up using The least an hour of expensive electricity before midnight. I've tried varying all the settings. Anyone else had similar experience?
