I have a 2009 650i that I just got and it has a coolant leak on the coolant transfer pipe that runs through the valley of the engine basically from the front side to the back and I've been looking at fixing it and at first it looked like I was going to have to remove the intake manifold and timing cover and a whole bunch of other stuff but after some research there's also a collapsible pipe and this other kit that you put an aluminum pipe through it or something I'm just wondering if anyone else has run across this problem I hear it's pretty common and if so is there any easier way to fix that or anything that you guys might be able to tell me.
