  1. Hi Dave manged to spk to someone from the garage today and apparently they've done the dealer splice in the back but the problem is still there less kcan line faults from before but still kcan line faults present I did replace the battery before I took it to the garage and I got someone to register the battery as I was told i needed to do that but after I replaced the battery it was like somethink was draining it and occasionally struggled to start as it had low voltage so we checked the altonator voltage and that was fine
  2. Hi Dave hope your well i mentioned it to the garage when u told me last time and they said they looked fine but when I looked in that rear compartment you could tell water had been in there im going back up there tomorrow to show them your post and just get them to sort them just to eliminate this problem as theve had the car roughly 9weeks and im over 1000 pound in on parts and labour
  3. Hi guys back again i posted about 10 weeks ago with error on the dash 4x4 dsc ebv abs failure had loads of faults come up alot where kcan line communication took it to the garage and it's been there for the last 9 weeks they changed the transfer case module and the dsc module and it cleared the faults but when they started the car 1 air bag wouldn't inflate so they decided to change the airbag and the compressor once they've done this they start it up again and both airbags won't In flate they said they plugged it back in and it yet again has kcan line faults so they've decided to change the bcm module but that has done nothink im lost with this car and it seems the garage are just chucking any random module at it they have said there is 7 more modules on the kcan line they can try but my bill.is racking up any help I would appreciate
  4. Hi Dave just a update on the car they changed the transfer case control module cleared most faults but they also had to change the dsc module under the seat which cleared all faults apparently but now one of the rear air bags on the suspension either won't inflate or leaks so they have to fix that now these bmws seem like they have problems all the time just want to thank u for all your help
  5. Hi Dave im located in warwickshire and the garage has told me they had a specialist who came in and logged in with bmw software so they ordered a new transfer case module im not clued up on cars but I try hunt the Internet and research just so I don't get scammed
