Thanks Dave , I thought it might be from the housing for the air vent because the sound was definitely from inside the dashboard. Since then no noise .., go figure ?

Hi Dave the rattling is actually inside the left side of the dashboard, sounds like a bolt bouncing around.yesterday i started e car , 22 degrees and when the idle was reviving up it started, then when idle was achieved it stopped
