How old is the car? If it is in fact a 2023 car it is under warranty so BMW would be the place to start.

If the car is older than 3 years then you need  BMW a BMW specialist or a Knowledgeable Independent to diagnose the problem if your not capable of DIY

It could be anything from a Fuse to a failed unit

Thanks Dave, it’s a late 2018 car with only less than 13,000 miles. I’m waiting for the local BMW garage to diagnose problem 

Air conditioning works but no blower on windscreen Car has only done 13,000 miles
