What is the part that does this fast sparking sound on the left? The injectors are on the right side.

Hi, i can hear under the bonnet a tick/ spark noise on the mid right side. It is not always there, it starts after 30sec of me turing on the engien, and sometimes go away after driving the car Is this sound nornal? https://youtu.be/YZ0x2ZGoIPw
