Hi - just wondered if anyone has any advice / experience of alloy wheel refurbishment; in my case on a F25 X3 3.0 Diesel on a 12 plate? Would like to know any top tips, approx costs, timescale and any recommendations of companies (ideally in SE England). Hi Jeremy - my suggestion if you can is to select a model with the variable suspension settings (an optional extra at new). I have a 12 plate X3 F25 with that options and I can best describe as a little like having two cars in one. The setting in 'Sports' mode tightens steering, throttle response and gives to sports suspension, then in 'Comfort' mode it copes with speeds bumps , pot holes and gives a more sedate experience. Just a thought if you are looking at a choice of cars. Cheers Nigel
