Hey team, Looking for some advice with a code I got thrown yesterday concerning the passenger restraint system BMW 640D (66 plate) For context: Removed my glove compartment to access the FWD fuse board whilst investigating my right indicator issue I am currently experiencing This involved me having to disconnect an audio chime plug and the airbag connection. Once I reassembled everything I am now getting the passenger restraint error I am going to try and make sure I definitely connected it upon rebuild, however I am quietly confident I did Anyone experienced the same thing? Have I made a back side of it? Am I supposed to disconnect the battery whilst doing this? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Kind regards

Evening team! Looking for a little advice on a drive train error that I am experiencing. I have a fault code 244C00 I have had the recall letter which I am booked to get sorted next month (EGR recall) but I am not confident (unless otherwise informed) that this is the issue. I'm wondering if there are any other causes, such as a MAP/MAF sensor? I have read that this could be one of the sensors (as advised by telephone support from BMW also). Could anyone advise on the location of these sensors or if there are any tutorials on changing them etc? Struggling to find anything out there I have a 640D F06 Thanks!

Morning all! I have just purchased a 2016 640D (F13) What a machine that car is! Anyway, I'm a massive "mod" guy and want to get to work putting on parts I always opt for wind deflectors but I'm struggling to find them for this model Does anyone know where I can get them? Thanks in advance Furthermore, 6 series parts are CRAZY expensive in general it seems. I could get a splitter & diffuser for the F30 for around 200 odd. Side skirts are looking like 400 alone for the F13. Anyone know where I can get reasonably priced components in general? Or even some links would be appreciated! Hi Dave, Appreciate you getting back to me mate! I figured it would be a useless add on lol. There are many conflicting things online with the crazy claims Just like you have mentioned. Will stay away from the exhaust tips. Will stick to other cosmetic additions for now. Thanks again mate!

Hello all, I own a 3 Series F30, 190BHP 66 Plate. I am more than happy with the speed of the car and what not as its only my second car lol! however, I have come across some people mentioning exhaust tips being beneficial for making a nicer sound to the car. I have also seen some people say that there is no benefits or sound difference to the exhaust. does anyone use these universal exhaust tips, and if so, what type are good and where’s the best place to get them? I am new to the forum and this is my first post. That in conjunction with being very limited in car knowledge is why I am asking, so go easy on me lol! Thanks folks
