  1. Hi Phil !! No mine is the SE model I ordered them from Bragan based in Ireland. they are good quality and look amazing but the fitting instructions were dire and pictures useless, I contacted them and complained they were going look at them That was the final reason I got my local garage to fit them, good luck
  2. Hi Phil brought side steps for my X3 no drilling required fit into existing holes with all kit supplied, was going to fit myself but due to some personal issues was not able to find the time got my local garage to fit them, and glad I did they said they had a few issues as it was challenging that’s with the use of ramps etc so I would have struggled PHEW Only charged me £90 well pleased
  3. Blimey Plymouth to Birmingham at under 64 mph how many days did it take you lol Envious of the mpg but that would try my patience, buy would have enjoyed the drive OH YES !! Regards Mick
  4. Hi guys thanks for replies Tyres in good condition and correctly inflated nothing seems to be binding my X3 is 184 bhp next service due September next year but last service performed before I purchased, I was not expecting great things Economy wise thats not why you buy one of these, but I was expecting around the 40 ish mark. My right foot is aching to try out the real performance. But wanted to see what it was possible to achieve driving carefully, will check the air filter later, only had the car 8 weeks now but loving it so far Regards Mick
  5. Hi guys just wondered what sort of fuel economy people are getting with the 20l diesel I have been trying to see what I could achieve if I tried hard for a few weeks unfortunately this has left me a bit dismayed and thinking I have a problem of some sort, been doing 30 mile round trip every day for a couple of weeks and the best I have achieved is 32.7 this is mostly fastish duel carriage way. What are your thoughts ????
