It's LHD and lives in Spain as I do. X5 was originally imported from Austria. Some countries in South America don't let in RHD vehicles. Gerry

Thanks for the welcome, have just agreed the purchase of a 2004 3D X5, fully loaded with 144000 Klms. and fsh. Recommended spares to carry? Any advice welcome.

New to the forum, have owned the 2001M3 since 2004. Several others also. Wife has a 318i Cab. Am looking to buy a 5X for a South America trip. Any thoughts welcome.. Other cars include 1978 Porsche 911 and 1993 Porsche 968.
