    Lowering springs

    Hi . I've just put a set of 19 inch wheels on my e92 and I want to lower the car and I was wondering how low I can go and what Spring manufacture to use without anything catching , the tyres are 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 back. Any advise would be appreciated
