Does it make any differance if you replace the run flat tyre with normal tyres??

I have just joined your forum today, i am due to pick up my 2007 330d m sport next week looking forward to it, Going to garage tomorrow to sign the papers!! Just wondered if there is anything that i should check on the car? such as any faults i should be looking for etc??? Cheers David
