I have the Navigation in my 2011 X5, but do not have a back-up camera. Can that be installed after market? Difficult? Expensive?

I synced my iphone via the Bluetooth and can make outgoing and reviewing incoming phone calls. However, my contacts won't sync...the indicator just spins and spins. Any suggestions?
