Has anybody used redex fuel injector cleaner? Is it worth using or is there anything else you can recommend ?

Has anybody else had an issue with a nox sensor? My car (120i petrol Msport) is showing a variety of faulty codes,one garage says injectors and another says Nox sensor.

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone else uses any fuel additives (redex etc) just I was told they can be a bit temperamental with different petrol types. my car is a 120i 20ltr petrol Msport. Thank you for your help.
