Hi All, I need some urgent help. I have discovered a loud ratting noise on the rear passenger side of my 09 330d M-Sport Convertible. The noise occurs when driving over uneven/bumpy road surfaces and only happens when the roof is up. My instinct was to take it in to my local BMW (seemed pretty clueless) who looked over the roof, lubricated all of the parts/mechanism and sent me on my way. T his however has not resolved the issue. Has anyone else had this problem before? Looking for some advice before going back to the dealership.
