  1. Hi, I have an E39 touring and wanted to know if it's possible to remove the self levelling and fit adjustable coil overs all round and how big a job is it? Any help or advice greatfully received as I would like to lower it all round but still be able to adjust it as I use it for work and lug a lot of kit around. Many thanks, Brad.
  2. Hi everyone, I finally own a car worth looking after! A proud owner of an E39 touring 525d SE auto in Oxford green metallic. 101000 miles, 1 owner, full BMW service history and it came with 4 new tyres, new discs and pads all round, a new exhaust and an oil service!! It wasn't the model I was after but decided I could change the looks of any model but I can't change the condition and this car appears to be mint! I have already removed the dreaded swirl flaps to avoid destroying this engine, I managed to balance a pound coin on the engine cover while it's running, something I remember them doing with a 50p on the advert for them years ago...... Or am I just dreaming that??. I have some plans for it but I will try to post in the relevant places, Cheers, Brad.
