  1. Any member out there be able to me with this one? I have recently become the owner of a 2006, 1 series 118 d M sport. The car is fitted with non run flat tyres (which I am pretty happy about). There are 205/50/R17 93 W tyres on the front, and 225/45/R17 92 W tyres on the back. I was wondering if this was correct? My local BMW service department stated it was but I'm not convinced. I think that if I changed to 50 profiles on the rear, it may improve the ride quality a tad, which I feel slightly harsh at the rear at present. Also can anyone confirm if the rim size's are different as standard on the car? Is that the reason for the 205's front and 225's rear? Finally, What are the correct tyre pressures? The tyres I have don't seem to correspond with the tyres listed on BMW'S label inside the drivers door, not the 92 W/93 W bits anyway! Sorry for so many questions, but looking forward to any advice, thanks.
  2. Hi, Just took ownership of my first BMW car last week, 1 series 118D M sport, the car is not new but seems to have been well cared for and is in very good condition.I am very pleased with it. I am looking forward to finding out about aspects of the ownership experience from other members who own the same model. I already have one question about tyre sizes!
