i have a 2002 e46 318i touring i recently replaced a bust sensor now when I place the car into reverse the 3 second beep has gone all of the sensors are clicking when i listen know but when i reverse up to things i get no noises at all, anybody know what maybe wrong with it now?

where do i start, failed handbrake, rear window demister, parking sensor, fuel sensor, ignition sensor and now rusting arches looking forward to trying a merc.
