It has been plugged in before the cat replacement, but it still has a lack of power in low revs until you hit 4k rpm!!

Hi, I have a 2004 model 5 series 2.2 and I have a few issues. The car is very sluggish and if you pull away quickly in first gear fast it starts to kangaroo. it recently started going into limp mode and displayed an air intake fault due to the Catalytic converter been broken and blocking the pipes. After having the cats replace the car still feels very sluggish and doesn't pull away quickly has anyone got any ideas on what to do😁😁😁
