2.0ltr valvetronic engine 143ps (N42B20) - Yes this is the right engine for my car, it was released before they facelifted the E46.<br /><br />Only had some issues, leaking vacuum pump and replaced chain tensioner for modified BMW unit, but all going very well.<br /><br />Regular oil changes every 10 months or 7,500 miles (I ignore the recommended 15,000 mile interval because it is too long).<br /><br />Castrol Edge 0W-30 (LL01).
