Hi all, any ideas to my problem greatlfully received!

In my infinite wisdom I decided to remove and clean out the washer fluid bottle on my Wife's 2006 116i, now maybe this is a coincidence but now 1 week later I have an orange engine management light on.

This glowing orange light is accompanied by another 2 orange lights, one is a circle with an explanation mark in and brackets either side, the other is a triangle with an explanation mark in and a circular arrow going anti clockwise.

Does anyone have any ideas what this may be and whether it is likely to be costly to put right, your advise could save a 1 series and my marriage!
