Hi Guys,

Dunno if anyone here has ever done such a job but, I'm trying to source a transmission for a friends 735i E32 AUTO and have found this box on Ebay.

It will physically fit the car (with the current bell housing), that much I know BUT, the car it was ripped from did not have the EH Switch alongside the gear leaver but the 735i its going into DOES. Will it still work?

The owner of the 735i didn't even know what that switch done until I just told him and has never even used it before so he doesn't care if it works or not. All I need to know is, will the tran still do its job?

If the transmission goes in, will the current EH switch cause any problems it not being plugged in?

Help is much appreciated,
