Squeeky Clutch Pedal

Hi. This is my first post. The clutch pedal on my Z4 is squeeking and there is a little lateral movement. I read that it is just the clutch arm bushes that need to be replaced. Has anyone else had this problem and if so any suggestions as to remedies, where to get the parts (not at BMW prices though!), etc.?
