Hey guys,

Bit of an update. Got the cylinder head on the block and ready to put things back where they were. Painted the rocker cover and intake manifold black but it being very high temp paint, it was matt and that sh*ts ganna stain like a mofo. I'm waiting on the lacquer and other paints to arrive so realistically, I can't see it being ready for Santa Pod USC :(

I know where most of the gaskets go in my Gasket kit but some have stumped me. If I can get some answers from you guys to WHAT and WHERE these thingys go, I'll seriosuly buy you a beer next time I see ya! :D Promise.

What is this? I THINK it goes on the end of the camshaft before you put the timing belt gear on the end. Am I close?

Starting from the top pic...

I would say that is the front or rear cam seal...

These look like oil-union washers...

Not sure, maybe opposite cam seals (as top)...

This one is easier, these are the valve stem seals, thes little babies are what you change if you get puffs of smoke at startup ;)

As for the last pic, that looks like an unsuccesful half-horsepower transplant that went wrong  :P

Elaborate on these doo-dahs please mate. I've never seen them before and don't know how/where too use them.

These slide over the valves and seat to the head to stop oil ingressing into the cylinders... You will find them UNDER the valve springs !!
