Bit of a weird problem

I own a BMW X3 Xdriva 28i F25 2011 model. I have a strange problem: Whenever I stop at a traffic light, the engine revs instantly increase from 650 to about 900 and this lasts for a second or two and after that everything is normal, maybe once a month the engine light comes on. My cod screener shows me that the oil pressure in the engine is too low but when I turn the car off and start it again after 15 minutes everything seems fine. The strangest thing is that all this happens to me when the air condition is on. When the air conditioning is not working, everything is perfect. Please: does anyone have experience with a similar problem and can they advise me on what to do because I have already spent a lot of money on car mechanics and the problem still exists. Thanks in advance.
