If you mean the suspension measure the gap between the top of the rear wheel and the arch when the cars on level ground. The n do the same when its parked on a hill nose first. The gap should increase. You can probably see it increase without the need to measure the gap.

If you mean the self levelling headlamps (if you have them), you can see these adjust as you drive at night up and down hills.
