320D Efficientdynamics Auto Stop Start Not Working

This is my first post as I have just got a 320d from a car dealer. I'm very happy with it too! However the auto stop start feature isn't working on the car. I see there are reasons for this and I am hoping it's just because the main battery needs some more charge as the cars been on the forecourt for a few weeks.

I will be raising this with the dealer but can anyone give me advice on this issue?

    I have same problem after two weeks I had Servisd from bmw dealer

    My problem was the battery in the end. Saying that it's a pain in the backside especially when in a traffic jam. I turn it off then
