Well im sure this has been asked before, but i would like to get another key for my car, either for the new owner or for me if the car is kept... As i seem to leave cars keys all over the place, tescos garage, spar, ex wifes :) lol last one was a joke... I have seen uncut keys for sale, can this be cut and used ? also can i buy another uncut key and have it progamed ? what does this cost? Can i used a newer flip key and not the std 3 buttone one i have ???
  5. Well seems the low MPG seems to be a bmw trend.... I had a 2.6 vectra before this and the fuel use is the same as my BMW..... How does that work????
  6. Right I have a 318 ti compact, whats the average MPG for this car???? whats your MPG on your cars ??? as our 318ti is returning the same MPG as my 2.6 V6 SRI vectra...
  7. yeah could be an option, as long as its in my price range and not a skip....
  8. No it will be a family car.. 02+ Vectra of some sort... Something with 5 doors.
  9. If the wife wanted to keep it then we would, its such a nice car to drive, any new owner will be very happy. Its no rush to sell, but thought I had better get the ball rolling.
  10. Well i have had this car only a few days, but the wife does not like it and wants a 5 door car, that will get over speed bumps quickly. Its a 1999 T plate with 106.000 ish miles and drives A1, 16" alloy wheels good tyres, taxed till the end of march it has a full 12 months MOT, half leather trim, everything works inside the car, it has a kenwood CD player, It has been lowered, and is very very clean as you can see from the photos. £1300 ono
  11. Hi all, Im lee from peterborough cambs, and I have just got a 318 ti compact sport. I swapped my 2.6 vectra SRI for this and its been a dream to drive. (well apart from the speed bumps) Its been lowered around 50/60mm and has uprated 16" alloy wheels, There are M spec badges all over the car inside and out. I have added a few photos for your your thoughts Thanks
  12. To be honest i need to raise the car about an inch as its just to low to use everyday. May just look at new springs and shocks.
  13. Hi all, I have just taken in a BMW 318 ti compact in p/x on my old car, they compact in in very good con and has been well looked after, however it shas been lowered and does nothing but catch teh ground when you go over a bump, It does ride really well, but its just to low for everyday use. I had been told that i can add small rubber rings between the coil springs to raise the front and rear end a little, these are used for towing to give just a little extra hight has anyone else came across this ??? I have added a photo of the car for you to see. Your thoughts are most welcome
