    Servicing Warning

    I put my X3 to bed with 2300 miles remaining until the oil needed changing according the car"s information system. Today, one week later, I started the car to be informed that the car need an oil change as soon as possible. What has happened to the 2300 miles I had left? Tomorrow I need to go on a journey covering about 1000 miles when I shall be returning for a pre-booked service at the dealer. Is this going to have bad effects on my car?

    X3 Tyre Wear

    I have just bought an X3 20d with 12000 miles on the clock. It has Cinturato P7 run flat tyres on it. At what sort of mileage can I expect to require to change these tyres? Just normal motorway and main road driving. Nothing off road expected. I would appreciate a bit of guidence on this if anyone has any ideas on the subject
