Hi all Im looking at purchasing my first BMW which is a BMW E46 Face lift 330 CI M Sport Convertible in the next couple of months (Just before the nice weather) Also need I to find one that i like It needs to be manual and black and black interior. I have a couple of questions What exactly does the MSport package give you ? (as if its not much i would look at just a CI) Also is high miles a problem for BMW engines (above the 100K mark) What are the main things to go wrong and what should i look for ? Hello everyone My name is si and im a complete newbie when it comes to the world of BMW. I currently drive a vauxhall nova GTE and a escort rs cosworth. (I can see me getting banned here lol) I had a drive of my mates 330 and i really liked it Im looking into buying a 3 series BMW convertible manual. It has to be black and i like the look of the black interior Ive looked at tax and insurance and it makes sense for me to look at the 330. Now i have a couple of questions Ive seen 330i 330ci and 330ci m whats the difference ??? Also Whats the difference between a E36 and a E46 ?????? Ive seen a couple of 3 series on auto trader and ive included the photos i know one is a 2 litre but they look slightly different is that the E36 and a E46 ????? As i say im a newbie so any help would be great Many thanks in advance Si
