So does any body else know if the throttle response seems a little soggy would be the best word. Does not seem very response of. Might just be the relaxed style of the car though . Also seems like it is restricted in some way

So is there an upgrade unit from say a newer model that fits in place

Yea i know that not really after power gains from induction . Just wanted to make the car run smother and a little easier when putting your foot down Is there a particular kit u can get for this model at all

Hi all I want to upgrade my head unit in my 01 plate 320d to another bmw style head unit does any of the new ones fit that has a cd player ect . Is there a direct replacement as I like the look of originality

Hi all. Just picked up my 320d today must say nice car. Anyway all seems well with it nice smooth but firm ride. Does this car respond will to induction kit or will it bring on fault codes how sensitive is this car to things like that. Just after a bit more of a response throttle Cheers on advance tom

Ow right of mate sweet thanks to know have you got a picture of your engine bay which that do at all, also where have you put the cone hanging down by the side of the rad or have u left it quite high up, what have other people done

ow right ok, i have the added challange of trying to put the air intake sensor somewhere if i put a cone on though, Also how have you delt with the cone sucking in worm air when it is sat in the engine bay

Hi all first off let me say a big hello to every one i am new to this forum and have just got my first bmw motor, normaly a jap man just fell in love with this car, It is a 1999 BMW318TI Sport Edition M, 3 door model. It is compleatly standerd and has full service history :) seems to ride and drive ok. But as the title says i am looking at fitting an induction kit to help with sound and mpg, what have people done and is there a kit or something that best suites this type of car, Or can i just stick a cone on the end of the flexi pipe any help would be great thanks
