    abs & traction control

    i own a june 2000 320d se tourer e46. during the recent bad weather the warning lights for both the abs braking and traction control were coming on and off. more on than off. recently i removed all 4 wheels and cleaned and checked all the elec contacts and cables. brushed all the crud out of as many places as poss. warning lights still on. please note abs braking system is working as normal but warning light is on. traction control, i have activated switch on and off with engine running various combinations, light remains on. i understand from hand book that i am running without traction control. car is running all ok but it bothers me these lights are on.anyone got sugestions to solve prob. many thanks eddyl123 [email protected]
